What does Envision360 FZC do?
Envision360 is an independent performance improvement advisory helping organisations improve the performance of projects, assets and operations across the UAE and GCC built environment.
Is the Building Performance Explorer showing a real building, or just a demonstration?
It’s illustrative – built to show the kind of gaps a real assessment typically uncovers, using realistic industry benchmarks, rather than data from any specific building. A real assessment gives you findings specific to your actual project or asset.
What is your project timeline?
Varies by scope – a focused assessment (like a single building performance review) typically takes 1-3 weeks; a full project-lifecycle advisory engagement runs alongside your project timeline itself. Your Discovery Meeting will include a realistic timeline specific to your project.
How much do your services cost?
Every engagement is scoped to your project’s size and objectives. There’s no fixed price list, because no two projects are alike- request a Discovery Meeting and we’ll provide a tailored proposal.
Do you provide regulatory services
Some regulatory services -fire and life safety inspections, DEWA/SEWA certification, Municipality & Food Control approvals require licensed registration we don’t hold directly. For these, we lead the advisory and technical work, and bring in trusted licensed partners for the final certification step.
